Login Instructions:

Your USERNAME is your First Initial + Last Name (no spaces, no punctuation)

Your initial PASSWORD is your MEMBER NUMBER

Spouses add "-1" to the member number.

If your member is less than three digits, add "0" to your member number (e.g. A person with the member number "3" would use "003". A person with the member number "10" would use "010")

You will be asked to change your PASSWORD to a combination of up to six letters and numbers. Passwords may be different for the primary member and spouse. If you forget your password or it doesn't work for some reason please call the office for help.
